Warranty
At LUMIRE, we believe jewellery should be made to be worn and enjoyed for years to come. Following our care instructions will help maintain the shine and longevity of your pieces.
All Lumire jewellery is covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing faults or defects.
If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault due to a manufacturing issue (such as a faulty clasp, chain, or setting), please contact us and we will happily offer a replacement or store credit, provided the item is returned in its original packaging.
Please note that this warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Tarnishing or oxidisation over time
- Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or misuse
- Lost items
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water
Due to the nature of jewellery materials, some natural wear may occur over time. We recommend following our Jewellery Care Guide to help preserve your piece.
All warranty claims are assessed by our team to determine the cause of the issue before a replacement or credit is issued.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
