Where We Ship From

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia with care to ensure they arrive quickly and safely.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: $11 for orders under $150

• Free Shipping: For orders over $150

• Express Shipping: $18 (optional for faster delivery)

Orders are usually shipped the next business day. If your order is placed on a Sunday, it will be sent out Monday. Australian deliveries are typically very fast.

 

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their country.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lumire is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Lumire cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

While we handle every order with care, once it’s in the hands of the carrier, Lumire cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping service. We will, however, assist respectfully and promptly with any issues that arise.
